I love customizing workouts based on the needs and desires of my clients. Each new client gets a 30 minute free consult to talk through your goals, needs and hopes with personal training. We can do individual workouts as needed, virtual workouts, or I have package options that are pre-pay. When you fill out the contact me form, we can set up a time for a zoom call to figure out the best fit and discuss pricing.
I am certified by UNAA and have been coaching Ninja Warrior and Parkour for 2 years, but I have being doing both of those sports for about 5 years.
Ninja Warrior is a high contact sport where every aspect of your body’s movement and muscles are vital to getting a full clear, getting an obstacle, or just having fun! Many people do Ninja Warrior for the high energy competition of it and chasing the end of a course for a buzzer. However, it can also be used for fitness and just having fun while achieving your personal goals!
Parkour is all about getting from point A to point B, safely and in the most efficient way possible. There is a lot of precision involved, jumping, core balance and coordination and extra fun if you add flips to it. It can be beneficial to people of all ages who want to work on coordination, balance and strength and just overall learning how to movie your body with ease.
Do you want strength training, to reach a goal weight, or gain some coordination and endurance? Whether it is working with 1 person or 2 people at a time, my goal is to make sure you feel comfortable. Working out should be fun; not stressful and overwhelming, so we will work at your pace. If it is multiple days a week or just one day a week, I want to make sure it is realistic and attainable and your goal is met. I will work with you on an individual workout plan. Price will be determined based on the needs and schedule.
about Me
I am passionate about fitness, Ninja and Parkour. I love to encourage others and help them find the fun in fitness. I have been doing Ninja and Parkour for over 5 years, and I’ve been coaching both of those sports at a local gym for over 2 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and UNAA certified, as a level 1 certified Ninja Coach. I was also blessed with the opportunity to be on season 18 of American Ninja Warrior.
I like to work with what makes you feel comfortable and stay motivated about fitness. Whether it’s pushing hard with high intensity drills and workouts or starting slow and easing into it with some calmer fitness, I can do both. I love doing this and am thankful for the opportunities God has provided.
